The second Robertson lodge at Cape Kidnappers has elements we recognise from Kauri Cliffs - architectural elegance, superb cuisine, top-grade trophy land; an even better golf course (often rated the best in the country). Again, highly recommended if you have the budget. In recent years, Kris has managed the lodge with a sure but relaxed Kiwi hand, moving the place up the rankings in our eyes.
